4 Seasons in the Kingdom of the Giant Panda

This series, filmed over 4 years, invites us to share the daily life of 3 families of Pandas. We follow the life of these wild animals from birth to adulthood.

Up close, the black and white ursid reveals itself as never before, in its most total intimacy. The images we shot were taken in a large sanctuary for pandas, in the heart of the remote mountains of Central China: from a rehabilitation area to the wild state to spaces without any human presence. It is thanks to these different filming locations and a daily presence on the ground that we were able to obtain absolutely striking images: the birth of baby pandas, males fighting for reproduction or mothers teaching their offspring to climb trees.

It is the exceptional duration of the shootings that allowed us to film behaviors never observed before. The filming setup is unprecedented and allowed us to obtain 4K images of unparalleled quality.
