Emmy Award winning journalist and Consumer Crusader, Dale Cardwell and his team are on a mission to identify and stop consumer scammers in their tracks. Dale boldly confronts the bad guys, stands up against corporate giants and solves common consumer problems.

Every episode features real life stories from everyday people. Some have hired unreliable contractors; others have fallen for too good to be true deals and many are from frustrated buyers tired of the “No Customer Service” model used by many corporate retailers who are too big to bother with the needs of individual customers.

Helpful segments are also featured including “This Could Happen to You”, which shows viewers how to identify and avoid scams. Using the “Seven Point Investigative Process”, Dale teachers consumers how to make informed hiring and buying decisions. Dale also exposes viewers to the “Rip-Off Range”: an area of the economy where con artists disguise their crimes as business disputes.
