Animo

Animo is a pet-themed docu-reality show. Vet Sébastien Kfoury and his team at the clinic take on a new case each week in an effort to resolve a medical problem affecting a dog, a cat or other animal. We witness the diagnosis, the treatment and the animal’s recovery while the pet’s owner watches on nervously.

Animo also meets breeders who share their enthusiasm for the various kinds of dogs, cats and other animals. This is a rare opportunity to look at the work of large and small reserves from the inside.

Animal behaviour specialist Jean Lessard joins us each week to help deal with a problem pet and suggest a course of action based on positive reinforcement. Explaining the causes of bad behavior, he gives advice on how to establish contact with an animal and establish mutual understanding between the owner and the pet.

From the familiar to all cats and dogs, to sea turtles, leopards and walruses — Sébastien Kfoury and his team will find an approach to each of them.
