We have always been amazed by the genuine beauty and contrasts of the African continent. Deserts, rivers, savannahs, green woods are inhabited by different types of primates, hoofed mammals, big cats, reptiles, birds, insects… Those travelers who wish to see African wildlife in all its diversity will need a lot of time, courage and adventurism without which it’s impossible to reveal the deep soul of this wonderful continent.

This series include the episodes that make up a picture like patterns. To get the whole image of many-sided Africa one shouldn’t be afraid to face its uneasy reality. Life here is a constant struggle with no chance for the weak; an opposition of predator and prey; an ability to adjust to the changeable and harsh environment.

We will meet up close and personal a dangerous Nile crocodile and hang out with joyful and smart dolphins. We will watch a mother cheetah trying to raise her cubs in harsh feeding circumstances of Serengeti. We will learn more about wild dogs of Zimbabwe to break the stereotypes evoking aversion to these animals. We will visit Boteti river in Botswana that witnessed a rebirth after several years of draught. And also will set off for Madagascar where Sifaka lemurs and other endemic animals are endangered because of deforestation of their natural habitat.

All this is real Africa. Wild, mostly dangerous, beautiful, enigmatic and fascinating but at the same time very fragile… Nowadays, to keep its integrity and uniqueness as long as possible, nature demands our advertence and protection as never before.
