The world fauna is extremely rich and diverse. Mammals, amphibia, insects, fish, birds – each lives in its own place, ecosystem, whether it’s a river, a swamp, a desert, a tropical forest or a sea. This sereis represent a wide range of creatures living on our planet, where all the species are interconnected – they depend on each other. They are the links of one chain - sometimes strong, sometimes not, because unfortunately some animals are endangered.

The program is very colourful and full of contracts. Each episode has its own way of telling the story. Thus, the ecosystem of the Greek Islands is represented from the mythological point of view. Doldhins and octopuses inhabit the underwater kingdom of Poseidon; Demetra - the goddess of fertility – patronizes moles, shrews and other field dwellers; Zeus reigns over birds and highland animals such as ibexes and eagles.

The episode about snakes will be wached as a real thriller: the viewers will follow a hunting python or a viper. Here the action is very fast and tense. Some episodes tell about animals living in African savannahs (elephants, lions, zebras, antilopes) in the sense of their relationships with local people sharing the same territory with them. Another two episodes are about biological diversity of the equator. Surprisingly, it’s not only about rainforests and hot climate but also about white snows of the Andes where animals have to adopt to sudden changing of temperatures.

From dangerous lions to May flies – this is a diverse, rapid and changing world of wildlife that cannot leave someone indifferent.
