Raising Baby

Each “Raising Baby” episode follows the wild babies' development, from their first fragile days of life until they are old enough to fend for themselves. We witness the first feeds, first baths and first encounters with other animals. And learn how they must adapt their behaviour to a new and foreign environment, as they are raised by human parents.

The series provides a rare insight into the lives of iconic and rare animals: black bear, seal, moose, hyena, gorilla and giant panda, and examines what is being done to ensure their future survival.
