The series includes the first modern scientific examination of Unknown Man E, Egypt's most surprising mummy whose face is locked in an eternal scream, as well as investigating the evidence behind legendary Egyptian characters and landmarks including the Scorpion King, the Sphinx, Ramses and Cleopatra, the pyramids, the Valley of the Kings and Alexander The Great's lost tomb.

This series combines the latest research, unique access, modern scientific techniques and state-of-the-art CGI to give us a new insight into Egypt.
